You will be responsible for establishing standard governance frameworks for forecasting, pipeline management, and operational standards in consideration of regional requirements. Partnering closely with regional Sales Excellence Leaders, you will drive efficiency and growth through consistent processes and capability development. Key responsibilities include assessing sales teams and managers, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted development programs. You will also oversee process design, technology solutions, and training initiatives, while leveraging CRM analytics to deliver actionable insights on opportunities, pipeline health, and performance trends.This role report to the Senior Director, Commercial Capabilities Development, Customer Experience and Solution Selling, and is directly supported by a Senior Manager, Sales Excellence Program Development​.What you will do: Strategic Leadership & Governance – Define and implement Sales Operations and Sales Excellence strategy and global roadmap, aligned with corporate objectives. Establish governance frameworks for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales processes which drive global standardization while enabling regional execution.Operational Excellence, Analytics & Insights – Oversee CRM and sales technology adoption; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy whilst standardizing reporting. Deliver actionable insights on revenue performance, pipeline health, and sales cycle efficiency, leveraging CRM analytics to identify opportunities and performance trends. Lead global initiatives for territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design while continuously evaluating and refining processes to meet evolving business needs. Ensuring systems and processes run smoothly within our sales organization to deliver the best customer experience measured through our customer surveys.Skill Assessment & Capability Building – Manage the annual assessment of sales teams and managers to identify skill gaps. Research and adopt industry best practices in sales methodologies and tools, coordinating with regional Sales Excellence leads to create and deliver targeted development programs and performance management systems. Provide ongoing multilevel sales (managers and sellers) professional development through workshops and e-learning.Collaboration - Act as the central coordination point for regional Sales Excellence Leaders, driving best practice and Sales Excellence standardization across Ingredion. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across regions. Align operational processes with Finance, Marketing, and HRWhat you will bring: Demonstrated experience in field sales and sales leadership, preferably in the ingredients or related industryIn-depth understanding of CRM systems and how best to leverage them to drive sales performanceStrong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to assess and develop targeted sales development programs to drive best in class sales executionExperienced in working with CRM systems, ideally SFDCSkilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects across regions and with competing prioritiesExcellent communication and influencing skills, able to work across regions collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure regional applicability of standard global processes, systems and programsThought leadership across sales and sales operations, coupled with a continuous improvement mindsetEnglish fluency, both written and spokenWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
