Job Description:
- Prospect and acquire new Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients.
Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through contract execution and client onboarding.
Develop and execute a strategic business-development plan focused on generating sustainable revenue growth.
Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers across Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, Operations, and executive leadership.
Leverage an established professional network to create new opportunities and accelerate sales conversations.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic industry partners.
Identify opportunities to expand ReflikOne, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing solutions within new and existing accounts.
Collaborate with Reflik's fulfillment and account-management teams to ensure successful client launches and long-term account growth.
Represent Reflik at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
