The Smilist is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our well-established practice in Kingston. This is not a high-volume "turn-and-burn" environment; we believe outstanding dentistry begins with taking the time to do things right.

- Deliver exceptional patient experiences through oral hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planing, and debridement.
- Evaluate overall oral health, examining for signs of periodontal disease or oral lesions.
- Document dental history and report pertinent observations to the dental staff.
- Utilize advanced technology, including digital radiographs and intraoral cameras.
- Educate and build trust with patients to prescribe and deliver effective treatment plans.
- Holds an active New York Registered Dental Hygienist license (or will be licensed soon).
- Possesses an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Passionate about educating patients and delivering quality over quantity.
- Thrives in a team-first environment and takes pride in a "white-glove" service approach.
