Field Service Technician What You Should Know Up Front No experience required — we will train you This is not an office or IT desk job This role is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in various weather conditions You must be willing to work hard, stay active, and continuously learn If you’re looking for a desk job, this is not the role. Schedule Wednesday – Saturday (4/10 schedule) This schedule may evolve over time based on business needs Overtime may be available based on workload but is not guaranteed What You’ll Do Install internet service for new customers and complete all required documentation Perform service calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation solutions Educate customers on Wi‑Fi performance and best practices for their home Ensure all work meets Resound quality and safety standards Maintain company equipment, tools, and inventory Complete jobs efficiently while delivering a high‑quality customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and stay accountable Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills Basic computer knowledge Problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability Good judgment and decision‑making skills Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments Experience (Not Required) Cable, telecom, or low‑voltage experience General labor, construction, or maintenance background Military or field service experience Customer service experience Why Resound Networks?
