Senior Director, Launch Excellence - Global Capability Lead

Amgen is seeking a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to lead the Launch Excellence (LEX) program within Global Marketing. This role partners across Global, Regional and Affiliate teams to build an enterprise LEX capability for a GwL operating model and to drive AI-enabled automation for repeatable launch activities. The position requires extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience, a proven serial launch track record, and strong leadership to manage a global-to-local strategy and #J-18808-Ljbffr Amgen Inc.
