Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take orders and payment. Work inside, outside (Drive‑Up) positions and take phone or catering orders. Deliver completed orders to guests by calling out numbers with a rhyme (#29, it’s time to dine!). Prepare food to high‑quality standards and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace. Cook items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, according to provided recipes. Follow recipes and uphold Portillo’s standards. Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place. Prepare fresh, made‑to‑order salads following the recipes. Compensation The pay rate for this role is $16 per hour, with additional compensation for certain conditions.

• 2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm.
• 2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F.
• 3 per hour for work on holidays.
