The Bridal Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through the exciting journey of selecting their perfect wedding dress. As a member of the Bridal Team reporting directly to the owner, this experienced consultant provides personalized service, ensuring each bride feels confident and supported throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand wedding vision and dress preferences
- Assist with dress selection and provide expert fashion advice
- Coordinate fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong client relationships
- Manage inventory and maintain organized stock levels
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in bridal consulting
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fashion knowledge with keen attention to detail
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
