Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health: Trach/Vent 

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! 

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2500 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
