What You’ll Be Doing

• Actively canvassing assigned territories and engaging homeowners face-to-face
• Introducing Greenleaf’s pest control services and educating customers
• Conducting service presentations tailored to each customer’s needs
• Generating leads through cold knocking, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Managing territory activity and customer follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to maximize territory performance

Who We’re Looking For

• Self-starters who can manage a territory and daily activity independently

Door-to-door, outside sales, or B2B experience is a plus—but not required.

Ideal Backgrounds (Not Required)

• Outside sales or direct sales
• B2B or account-based selling
• Territory management or lead generation
• Cold calling, canvassing, or customer-facing roles
• CRM experience (Salesforce, FieldRoutes, or similar platforms)

Compensation: Commission-only with bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person (Phoenix Metro)
