Field Sales Representative
Target Earnings: $55K - $100K + (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions) Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners. This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+
- Bi-Weekly pay

What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help homeowners select the right system
- Close sales and schedule installations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
