IT Infrastructure Architect (M&A Enterprise Architect)

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure integration during Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assess existing infrastructure and identify integration risks.
• Develop end-to-end infrastructure integration strategies.
• Plan and execute server, storage, network, and virtualization migrations.
• Lead data center consolidation and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Define target-state infrastructure architecture.
• Prepare executive-level architecture documentation and integration roadmaps.
• Drive successful post-merger infrastructure integration across global environments.
