If you are seeking a dynamic organization that values you, we want to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Proposal Coordinator, you start your day monitoring procurement portals (like SAM.gov), identifying opportunities, and gathering information for the day's priorities. From crafting compliance matrices to collaborating with internal teams to develop winning proposal content, you ensure every submission is professional and timely. As the go-to liaison for stakeholders, you lead kickoff meetings, track progress, and keep the process organized from start to finish. By day's end, you've updated the proposal pipeline and delivered actionable insights from your market research.The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, market research, or a related roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management toolsExceptional writing, editing, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a knack for managing multiple projectsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor 's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related fieldFamiliarity with government RFPs, RFIs, and SSNsExperience with procurement platforms like SAM.govREADY TO APPLY TO BE OUR PROPOSAL COORDINATOR?Join the team at Premier Group Services Inc., where your skills will help shape our future.
