Pastry Chef

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in technique, consistency, and craftsmanship, and is confident working with V iennoiserie at a high level. We're looking for someone passionate about pastry, who values precision and consistency, and is excited to help elevate and refine our pastry program. This is not a cookie cutter role but a role that wears many hats

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare laminated dough using a dough sheeter

• Produce croissants, kouign-amann, Danishes , and other V iennoiserie with consistency and quality

• Follow recipes and maintain precise technique and timing

• Ensure product quality, presentation, and freshness standards are met

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Assist with production planning and kitchen workflow as needed

• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong pastry technique and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented

Requirements

• Early-morning availability

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification
