Service Administrator

Great Western Trailer (GWT) is hiring a full‑time Service Administrator at our Phoenix, AZ facility. As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the service department through administrative tasks, invoicing, and customer communication. Service Administrator Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including emailing, answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist with customer invoicing, including data entry, review, and communication. Support accounts payable by entering service vendor invoices into the system. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company’s computer system. Assist the Service Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable learning new systems and working across departments. Preferred Qualifications Previous administrative or service department experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily a sedentary office role with occasional filing and light lifting. Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and use a step stool as needed. Use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers. Work is performed in a clerical office setting with regular interaction with shop staff.
