Quality Control Inspector –

Location: Winter Park, FL

Schedule: 1st Shift

Pay: $21.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect precision-machined aerospace components to ensure they meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and industry quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience performing dimensional inspections, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Verify product conformity to customer and aerospace quality standards.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify and document nonconforming materials and assist with corrective actions.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and AS9100 standards.

• Previous Quality Control inspection experience in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
