ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Deedler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by getting to know their needs and offer products and services that meet them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quote and Sell insurance products based on customer needs.
• Foster customer relationships to build referral opportunities.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer sales preferred.
• Must be able to quickly learn new computer systems and applications.
