We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building with future and existing customers and key accounts, marketing the full suite of State Farm products, promoting brand awareness and supporting office growth initiatives. It also provides an opportunity for potential future agency ownership.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Novi, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

Auto insurance
Home insurance
Life insurance
Retirement planning

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
