Land Development Project Manager

We are supporting a Project Manager opportunity in Dallas–Fort Worth for a civil engineer with a strong background in residential or commercial land development design. The role would involve leading projects and design teams from initial planning through permitting, while remaining closely involved in grading, drainage, stormwater, paving and water/wastewater utility design. Salary: $125,000-$170,000 base, depending on experience. Job Specifications: Manage the civil design and delivery of residential and commercial developments. Review plans, calculations and technical work prepared by engineers and designers. Coordinate schedules, budgets, permitting and client communication. Mentor junior staff and maintain design quality across projects. Key Requirements: Texas Professional Engineer licence. Experience managing land development projects within an engineering consultancy. Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, paving and utility design.
