We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with carriers and drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch loads efficiently
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
- Track shipments and provide updates
- Handle load documentation and compliance
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Use TMS and carrier vetting platforms (training provided if needed)
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation a must.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
