Sales Associate

What You’ll Do Provide customer service and create a memorable shopping experience. Use product knowledge to help customers find their desired items. Process in‑store and online‑pickup receipts. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales‑floor replenishment. Assist with freight processing and truck unloads when needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Experience & Skills Can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation with customers. Minimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 – $18.00. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible for the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave. Full‑time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
