Peachy Orchard LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care as authorized
• Supporting community outings, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
• Encouraging independence, dignity, safety, and personal choice
• Following each individual’s support plan and approved service schedule
• Completing accurate service documentation and electronic visit verification (EVV)
• Communicating professionally with individuals, families, supervisors, and the Peachy Orchard management team
• Maintaining client confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements
• Reporting incidents, concerns, and changes in an individual’s condition promptly
• Completing all required training, background screening, and onboarding requirements

Applicants must be dependable, patient, respectful, and comfortable working independently. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and the ability to travel to assigned clients are required for positions involving transportation or community-based services.

Previous caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental-disability experience is preferred but not required for every assignment. Candidates must successfully complete all applicable screening, training, and credentialing requirements before receiving an assignment.

Schedules may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and varying shifts based on client needs. Available hours are determined by client authorizations and successful assignment matching.
