Full Time INPATIENT Physical Therapist- $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Champion Rehab is looking for a compassionate, innovative and energetic Physical Therapist to join their award-winning therapy team! This position offers the unique opportunity to gain experience and knowledge within an inpatient setting. Responsibilities: Direct client care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, on-going modifications to existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed Willingness to work closely with skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities Applying clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care Documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal) Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Currently licensed to practice in State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders encouraged to apply.
