Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) with specialty in Interventional Radiology preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or healthcare facility
• Proficient knowledge of operating and troubleshooting advanced imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and assist radiologists in minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patient status and ensure comfort throughout the procedure
• Maintain sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
• Document procedures accurately in patient records
• Manage and maintain equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
