ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our first agency opened in 2004, and we've since grown to two office locations with a strong team of 13 members. I've been with State Farm since 1994 and held several roles along the way, including Sales Leader, which has helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

I'm a graduate of the University of South Carolina, married with four children, and I enjoy spending time on the water, golfing, and traveling. Family and community are both very important to me, and that carries over into the way our agency operates. We take pride in being highly involved in the local community, supporting schools through donations and participating in philanthropic efforts whenever we can. Giving back is a core part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Theresa Miley - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
