The schedule includes **weekend and holiday responsibilities**.**We’re excited to offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position.**This role provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to hospital personnel while serving as a liaison for hospital administration in responding to emergent situations. The Lead RN coordinates bed management, staffing assignments, and ensures exceptional patient care across all nursing departments.### Qualifications* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing* Current **Ohio RN license** required* **BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS** certification required.**ENPC and TNCC are required within 1 year of hire.*** Demonstrates leadership and ability to confidently handle difficult situations* Strong initiative, flexibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm* Excellent communication skills and independent decision-making* Commitment to patient advocacy, customer service, and high-quality care### Key Responsibilities* Provide guidance and supervision to hospital personnel and serve as a resource for staff* Coordinate bed management and nursing staffing based on patient acuity and census* Serve as a professional role model and ensure exceptional patient care* Float to high-need areas to assist with admissions, transfers, and patient assignments as needed* Evaluate and adjust staffing resources appropriately* Assist with case management and patient case review activities* Communicate effectively with hospital management and interdisciplinary teams* Maintain adherence to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements### WelcomeWyandot Memorial Hospital is a proud, independent community hospital serving Upper Sandusky and the surrounding region since 1950.
