Our pedagogy is composed of four pillars: e-learning modules, individual lessons, group lessons, and web-conferences. We advocate fun learning methods. Our values are: accuracy, performance, and team spirit. We are looking to recruit freelance Business English teachers to teach our students and help us build the pedagogy of Cercle Des Langues. The Position We are looking for motivated, professional, and experienced teachers for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Evening hours are in high demand. Profile Sought Please note that the recruitment process will be conducted either in English or French. A good command of one or both languages is required if you wish to apply. We are looking for a dynamic teacher who is passionate about pedagogy. Pedagogy: Level A2 or above in French Experience in teaching online, in particular adults and French speakers Experience in or interest in Business English Ease with new technologies or desire to learn TEFL or equivalent qualification is necessary Personal qualities: Curiosity and thirst for learning and teaching every day Autonomy and willingness to constantly improve teaching methods Thoughtful, applied, structured Willingness to participate in a young and innovative project Dynamism, strength of proposal, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment Team player, with a contagious good mood The recruitment process will be structured as follows: We send you a video presenting le Cercle Des Langues and you send us a video of yourself in response to it, presenting yourself and explaining your motivation. First interview with the Pedagogy team to understand in further detail your teaching experience and assess your grammar skills. Second interview to test your pedagogical skills during a mock lesson.
