We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern for a temporary, semester-based role to support our Human Resources team. Located at our central office, this hybrid position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic HR environment, providing direct exposure to key corporate processes and strategic projects. You will assist in all Human Resources functions, contributing to initiatives that support employees and new hires across the organization. Upon completion of this internship, you will have successfully: Accelerated response and completion times for HR requests. Expanded the talent pipeline by assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists with onboarding materials, ensuring success of a full‑cycle recruiting function. Streamlined HR data workflows by processing service records, I-9 documentation, and employment verifications. Participated in administrative spaces for various HR projects visible in all parts of the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assist with Service Record Management Support I-9 verification and compliance Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with onboarding materials Maintain HR files and records Participate in HR projects and initiatives Support HR team with administrative tasks Coordinate logistics for events as needed Provide technical and organizational support on projectsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Some college (no degree) or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of one year experience (preferred). Basic computer skills: email, word processing (e.g., Microsoft Word). Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
