Located at our central office, this hybrid position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, providing direct exposure to key corporate processes and strategic projects. You will assist in all Human Resources functions, contributing to initiatives that support employees and new hires across the organization.Upon completion of this internship, you will have completed successfully:Accelerate response and completion times for HR requests.Expand the talent pipeline by assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists with onboarding materials to ensure success of a full-cycle recruiting function.Streamline HR data workflows by processing service records, I-9 documentation, and employment verifications.Participate in administrative spaces for various HR projects that will be visible in all parts of the employment lifecycle.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with Service Record ManagementSupport I-9 Verification and ComplianceAssist the Talent Acquisition Team in assisting with onboarding materialsAssist with the maintenance of HR files and recordsParticipate in HR Projects and InitiativesSupport with HR team with administrative tasksWork with teams to coordinate logistics for events as neededProvide technical and organizational support on projectsOther duties as assignedPREFERRED/ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Some College ( No Degree )Years of Experience:Min of one (1) year experience preferredComputer/Systems/Software/Policy:Basic Computer Skills- Using email, word processing (e.g, Microsoft Word)MINIMUM EDUCATION:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and organization.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Interest in learning HR systems and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr BAKERRIPLEY
