We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to screening and interviewing applicants. Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
• Provide support in the offer process and onboarding of new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR internship is desirable
