Responsibilities: Provide overall support to attorneys Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting/reviewing of legal documents Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record/store client information Requirements: Paralegal Certification Enjoy extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, and be willing to be part of a team culture that requires collaboration with fellow team members.
