We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join an established Pennsylvania law firm with a strong reputation for litigation and client advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience who wants to continue developing their workers' compensation practice while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of workers' compensation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and other parties.
Develop case strategy and independently manage assigned matters.
Work closely with senior attorneys and other members of the legal team.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, practical legal guidance.
Meet an annual billable-hour expectation of approximately 2,100 hours.

Ideal Candidate

2-5 years of legal experience, with meaningful exposure to workers' compensation matters.
Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Comfortable managing cases and communicating directly with clients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Someone who is motivated to build a long-term career with an established Pennsylvania practice.
