The Special Loans Analysts process payoff and reinstatement quote requests from customers and third parties. Special Loan Analysts also perform ACH related processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processes requests for ACH, including ACH drafting for trial modifications. Processes requests for payoff statements. Performs Pre‑Payment Penalty calculations. Processes requests for reinstatement quotes. Processes system maintenance requests. Processes Trial Plan Payment requests. Reviews daily reports related to Loan Support departmental processes. Assists with special projects. Updates policies and procedures as needed. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task and consistently meet multiple deadlines. Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree (A.A.) from a two‑year college preferred. Language Ability Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages; and ability to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions with minimal supervision; ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred but not required.
