About This Role Under close supervision of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), Accounts Receivable Unit, the Accountant Trainee, as a learner, is responsible for accounts receivable, generating detailed financial records and process the billing and daily deposits for both CalHR and SPB. The Accountant Trainee is also responsible for providing consistent, timely, and high-quality customer service when providing verbal and/or written correspondence to internal and external customers. ACCOUNTANT TRAINEE Classification: ACCOUNTANT TRAINEE $4,442.00 - $5,455.00/month New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
