RN - Operating Room (OR)
Medical Center Hospital is seeking an RN for the Operating Room (OR). This is a travel position with a start date of August 25, 2026, and an end date of November 24, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks. The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with five shifts per week and a total of 40 scheduled hours. The main operating room requires ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. The schedule includes working from Tuesday to Friday, with one weekday and one weekend call per month.
Required experience includes more than three years of experience, Cerner charting system, LTAC, and Trauma Level II. Preferred experience includes Trauma Level I and travel experience. Skills required are extensive and include various surgical procedures and patient care techniques.
Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The facility requires compliance with travel documentation and a hard deadline of Tuesday at 4:30 PM CST prior to the start date. Cerner charting experience is preferred.
