Job Details:

Title Processor - Willow Grove, Pa - $65-80k

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Processor to manage real estate transaction files from order entry through post-closing. You will review title searches, clear title issues, collaborate with lenders and agents, and prepare closing documentation to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new orders and process files in the title software system.

• Review title commitments, search reports, and tax certificates to identify title defects or liens.

• Request and track payoff statements, HOA certifications, lien releases, and tax information.

• Communicate with lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers to obtain necessary documents and provide status updates.

• Prepare settlement statements, ALTA/CD forms, deeds, and related closing packages according to lender instructions.

• Schedule closings, prepare files for the closing officer, and coordinate funding requirements.

• Complete post-closing tasks, including sending documents for recording and issuing final title policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in title processing, real estate, or mortgage operations.

• Familiarity with title software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare) and basic office software.

• Understanding of title commitments, deeds, mortgages, and closing documents.

• Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
