Job Description
GTRJOBS is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Recruiter Support to support our fast-paced recruiting team.
\nThis role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process- ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish. If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy keeping things organized, and want exposure to the staffing industry, this is a great opportunity.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications \n
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps \n
- Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking \n
- Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access \n
- Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates \n
- Run front desk operations independently \n
What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills \n
- High attention to detail \n
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clients \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel \n
- Data entry experience required \n
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required \n
