Co-Foreman

Co‑Foreman The Co‑Foreman is a leader and contributor on our crew, coordinating tasks and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Foreman in leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market. Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed. Assess on‑site conditions and develop plans based on time, tools, and work order, assigning duties to the crew. Install products and services with support from the national team of trained professionals. Innovate and troubleshoot situational challenges to meet company standards and timetables. Provide customers with superior quality and service during onsite work. Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and delivered to the proper parties. Load, unload, and clean truck materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform installation duties safely, following instructions, methods, standards, and schedules provided by the Foreman. Operate company vehicles safely and meet all operating requirements. Plan, schedule, and coordinate work while accounting for labor hours and productivity. Supervise, lead, and mentor a crew of two or more people, stepping in when the Foreman is absent. Communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion, addressing changes as needed. Complete necessary paperwork, check‑in and check‑out procedures. Maintain knowledge of trade‑specific tools and proper equipment use. Perform strenuous labor, often under adverse conditions, lifting up to 22 kg and standing for long periods. Uphold company workplace policies, including safety and non‑harassment standards. Maintain a positive image and reputation in the community. Report to work on time each working day. Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Strong communication skills, motivation, and teamwork. Experience leading crews or small teams. Previous experience in construction, home services, or trade/general labor. Basic construction or mechanical knowledge. Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license. Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas. Working Conditions Positions require heavy lifting (up to 50 lb), standing, walking, and performing strenuous physical labor. Requires good manual dexterity, rapid arm/leg motion, and excellent stamina. Environmental factors may include confined spaces, adverse weather, and long hours on foot.
