Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a short-term acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in med/surg nursing, telemetry, and the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care to medical/surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures per established protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and complete all required modules prior to the start date.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license required prior to starting.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
