Onsite Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Onsite Supervisor to join our Jersey City/Bayonne, NJ team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

Assist with managing daily staff
Recruit, screen, and onboard new associates
Coordinate staffing needs with clients
Conduct check-ins with associates on-site
Maintain attendance, performance, and reporting records
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and associates

Requirements:

Bilingual English and Spanish
Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred but necessary
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic computer skills necessary

Pay Rate:
Competitive pay based on experience
