Our Core Values are: Grow Together Seize Opportunity from Struggle Outcome Over Ego Commitment to Serve Do The Right Thing Customer Service Representative Job Description Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to patients, Providers, and all team members through the organization Scheduling patient appointments for over 40locations in 3 states with multiple providers and growing Handling Inbound and outbound calls from external and internal sources Transferring calls to the appropriate department and taking detailed information to relay to the recipient Completing call reports and logs and researching billing issues Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries and transferring Customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests Recognizing, documenting, and informing the Supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external calls. Recommending process improvements and researching misapplied payments Assisting Providers with Virtual Medical Assistant system Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication Accuracy Clean and presentable appearance Work well as a member of a team, and able to follow detailed instructions carefully Organized, punctual, and professional Ability to grow and learn new systems Fluency in computer systems and a variety of software packages Ability to multi-task #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
