Responsibilities include analyzing patient specimens, evaluating and verifying test results, monitoring quality control data, troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory instrumentation, managing laboratory inventory, and accurately documenting testing information within laboratory information systems. You will also contribute to laboratory quality, innovation, and continuous improvement by participating in process improvement initiatives, validating new methodologies, laboratory information system updates, and testing platforms, while helping optimize laboratory workflows and operational efficiency.
