Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description We are looking for a part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Cohannet Academy, located within Taunton State Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to bring an energetic and positive approach while working with adolescent biological females aged 13‑18 in a trauma‑informed intensive residential treatment program. Schedule: 20 hours per week with flexible hours ranging from days to evenings. Compensation: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. Responsibilities: Conduct initial functional behavioral assessments. Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies. Provide training, support, and guidance to program staff and families to ensure effective implementation of the plans. Benefits: Second‑language bonus of $2,000 for fluency in a language other than English. Reimbursement for registration costs and annual fees for professional licenses such as LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN, etc. Blue Cross medical and Delta Dental benefits. 401(k) plan with employer match up to $800 per year and pension after 5 years of employment.
