Registered Nurse - ICU

$2481.54/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in neuro patient care and adapt to diverse hospital settings. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill ICU patients with a focus on neuro cases. Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and interventions following hospital protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and neurological status continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float between units and campuses as needed, maintaining flexibility and professionalism. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly. Qualifications: Hold a valid CA RN License with current certification uploaded within the last two weeks. Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience, with proficiency in neuro patient management. Maintain valid BLS and ACLS certifications, with expiration dates clearly documented. Demonstrate ability to float across different hospital units and campuses. Exhibit strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
