Key Account Specialist (Oil & Gas)

Razor Rents is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Key Account Specialist to support and grow customer partnerships within our Oil & Gas division. This salaried role combines account management, business development, and operational coordination to help customers keep their projects moving.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs, recommend solutions, coordinate rentals and logistics, and help expand business within existing and new accounts. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment - this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow key customer accounts
• Build long-term relationships within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand rentals within existing accounts
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure customer success
• Recommend equipment solutions based on customer needs
• Support customer satisfaction through strong communication and follow-through
• Track account activity, opportunities, and market trends

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, account management, rental, industrial, or Oil & Gas experience preferred
• Self-motivated and organized with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Acceptable Driving Record

Skills and Abilities :

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicable software
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization
• Integrity- maintain a high level of integrity in your actions and words
