We are currently seeking Full Time & Part Time  Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Morning & Evening care team in providing compassionate care and assistance to our residents

Job Summary:

The CNA will be responsible for various duties, such as performing basic nursing tasks, assisting in personal hygiene and grooming, administering medications as ordered by the physician, and measuring vital signs. The CNA will also be required to maintain all medical records in accordance with facility procedures and state laws.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patient(s) with daily activities, such as feeding, dressing, bathing, etc.
- Administer medication and monitor patient reactions per physician's order
- Measure vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate
- Provide emotional support to patient(s) and their families
- Observe and report any changes in patients’ physical or mental conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient's environment
- Follow care plan meeting patient's physiological and psychosocial conditions
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights on residents’ conditions

Qualifications:

- Active CNA license in New York State (Required)

-Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred

- Dependable, punctual, and professional

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle a demanding work environment, with changing priorities

- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move residents up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

- Mornings, 7am to 3pm, with rotating weekends and holidays as needed

-Evenings, 3pm to 11pm, with rotating weekends and holidays as needed. With evenings, we provide shift differential pay

- 8 Hour Shifts
