Job Description

A well-established, chef-driven restaurant group looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead a high-volume Italian concept with a scratch kitchen and elevated service standards

Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $60,000 to $68,000
Attainable monthly performance bonus
Company-paid medical and dental insurance
PTO
Career stability within an established, growing restaurant group and opportunity for advancement

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong floor presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable
Solid tenure in past roles (2 years with each previous employer) with a proven track record of consistency
Strong communication skills and a leadership style rooted in professionalis
