Work Environment

As an onsite therapist, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative and supportive environment among fellow healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Florida, with a clean record—free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in various manual therapy techniques, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure accurate patient documentation.
• A commitment to staying abreast of current trends and techniques in physical therapy, informed by ongoing research.

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic cases.

Compensation and Benefits
