Job description: Join the Candy Ford Team – Service Advisor Candy Ford | Charlotte, Michigan Candy Ford, a family-owned Ford dealership proudly serving Mid-Michigan for over 50 years, is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms. Prepare repair orders that meet Ford OEM documentation and warranty requirements. Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, estimates, and completion times clearly with customers. Coordinate repairs with Ford-certified technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and follow all dealership, Ford, and manufacturer policies and procedures. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting dealership and Ford Customer Experience objectives. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to understand and follow Ford OEM service, warranty, and documentation requirements.
