We're seeking an Activities Program Supervisor who's passionate about creating meaningful experiences and fostering a true sense of community.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging programs supporting residents
• Create and manage the community activity calendar, including events, holidays, and outings
• Coordinate community transportation, scenic drives, and destination trips
• Build partnerships with local organizations, entertainers, and community groups
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to enhance resident engagement

What You Bring:

• Experience in programs, activities, or senior services
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• A positive, energetic attitude and passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication, organization, and creativity
• Ability to multitask and manage programs within a budget
