Floor care/Grounds Keeper

Rate of Pay $16.00-$16.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Floor care/Grounds Keeper to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our grounds and buildings, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

About the Role:

As a Floor care/Grounds Keeper , you will be responsible for:

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, common rooms, and recreational spaces
Cleaning and disinfecting floors, carpets, and other surfaces
Restocking supplies and restrooms
Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes

Requirements:

0 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
